WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
Saturday & Sunday 
8am-8pm
+2 Additional Classes Per Week


DAILY SCHEDULE:

MORNING: 8-12am
Students will begin each Saturday and Sunday with a Psychic Development Meditation practice, following by a 2hr Shiva Power class.  This will be followed by one hour of practice teaching. 

LUNCH: 12-1pm

AFTERNOON: 1pm-4:45pm
Afternoons will consist of yoga theory, practical workshops, anatomy and physiology, alignment and asana breakdown, props and modifications, assisting and adjusting, pranayama, mudra and bandha and the subtle body, yoga philosophy, meditation, yoga history and the Shiva Yoga® lineage, and practice teaching.  

BREAK: 4:45pm-5:15pm

EVENING: 5:15pm-8pm
Students will finish each Saturday and Sunday with a Shiva Vinyasa 1 class and one hour of practice teaching.   

ADDITIONAL WEEKLY PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:
All Trainees must complete 2 additional classes each week at the studio.

$500 Deposit

$3000 Early Registration Price - Paid in Full - January 1st, 2023

$3500 Regular Registration Price - Paid in Full - February 21st, 2023

$3750 Late Registration Price - Paid in Full - March 1st, 2023
