Sunya Yoga in Shenzhen!

My student, KiKi owns the studio Sunya Yoga in Shenzhen! I had so much fun teaching at her studio last weekend. We had a really fun Shiva Power master class on Saturday morning. I led a Deep Back Bending workshop on Sunday morning. Thank you to everyone who came to practice with me. The students were so open hearted and very receptive and I think this had a lot to do with KiKi and the energy she is putting out into the world. Like attracts like and same attracts same. When students are ready for your teaching and vibrating on the same frequency as you are vibrating they will be drawn to you as a teacher. Want better students who are more receptive to your teaching? Work on yourself. Want a different group of friends? Make changes to your behavior and you’ll attract a whole different group of people. You can’t change others but you can work on changing yourself. This is the essence of yoga. Stop asking the world to change for you. Change yourself and your experience of the world changes. So grateful to have met KiKi and glad she was drawn to me as a teacher. When the student is ready the teacher appears. And often you feel like you’ve known each other your whole life. I’m looking forward to coming back to Sunya Yoga next year. We already have another workshop planned! Hope to see you there. Namaste
