What are your patterns? What are the ways you distract yourself when you are trying to concentrate? Stay present. Look at the “yogic mirror”. What is your practice revealing to you? By becoming aware of your patterns — you start the process of undoing them. Each time you try to concentrate, your mind tries to distract you. An inner battle takes place. If you win the battle, you increase your will power. If you lose the battle, the pattern gets stronger.
